At Dalma Tech2, we are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of C4I Centralized Control and Monitoring System Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating CCMS program engineering, installation, and management activities.
- This includes installation for the CCMS and CCTV systems and subsystems.
- You will evaluate CCMS systems and procedures in light of the latest operational concepts, and recommend changes for future CCMS project plans.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify system, procedural, organizational, or personnel problems contributing to the system downtime and recommend solutions.
- Provide support and advice on manning requirements.
- Execute tasks assigned by the management related to the CCMS and related systems and subsystems including attending meetings and conferences, preparing briefings, etc.
Additionally, you will keep abreast of emerging technologies, operational and technological research, and user trends in terms of the operational and technology choices.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in CCMS in general and a minimum of five (5) years of this experience with C4I systems or systems of the same type and generation in a security/military environment.
