We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Cybersecurity Support Professional to join our team at Hashtag Technology. The successful candidate will provide Level 2 (L2) support for Trend Micro solutions, manage and troubleshoot Full Disk Encryption policies and compliance, monitor and configure Deep Security for workload protection, support and optimize Apex One for endpoint security, detect and mitigate email threats using Deep Discovery Email Inspector (DDEI), centralize management and reporting via Apex Central, perform system updates, patches, and proactive maintenance, handle incident resolution and escalate issues if needed, generate periodic reports on system health and incident trends, and provide knowledge transfer and training to the CS team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide L2 support for Trend Micro solutions
  • Manage and troubleshoot Full Disk Encryption policies and compliance
  • Monitor and configure Deep Security for workload protection
  • Support and optimize Apex One for endpoint security
