The Training Associate Manager - Fresh Food is responsible for driving business growth by enhancing the skills of employees in Fresh Food operations.
Key Responsibilities- Design customized learning solutions and training plans to improve technical and operational expertise in Fresh Food.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) specifically for Fresh Food teams to identify skill gaps and learning requirements.
- Create engaging training materials that address both core Learning and Development principles and Fresh Food operational standards.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders in Fresh Food operations to gather input and feedback for program development.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate training events, and on-the-job training sessions focused on Fresh Food processes and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- 3-6 years of experience in Learning and Development with a focus on Fresh Food.
- Proven experience in Learning and Development with a focus on Fresh Food operations (Butchery and Bakery is a must).
- Strong knowledge of Fresh Food processes, standards, and best practices.
