- Strong Knowledge of Related KSA's Governmental Online Platform, Regulation, and Process: Stay up-to-date with changes in KSA's governmental online platforms, regulations, and processes to ensure compliance.
- Strong Customer Service Skills: Deliver exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong Management, Organizational, and Reporting Skills: Demonstrate effective management, organizational, and reporting skills to drive results.
- Strong Local Network and Business Relationships: Foster a strong local network and business relationships to expand opportunities.
- Good Understanding of Facility Management Function: Possess a solid understanding of facility management functions to oversee maintenance and upkeep.
