Job Purpose

As a Service Project Manager at TechnipFMC, you will be responsible for managing operations in close contact with internal and external customers. You will oversee service operations executed by technical service personnel, ensuring the optimization of quality, health, safety, environment, and security (QHSES) and compliance to policies and regulations at work sites, onshore and offshore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Coordination

Plan, manage, and coordinate assigned projects typically consisting of engineering, procurement, construction, and installation contracts.

Service Order Execution

Responsible for ensuring that service/rental/IC orders are executed and controlled as per TechnipFMC standards and provide input/support to the SAP order entry/control function.

Proactive Risk Management

Able to think ahead, check, and make sure the right procedures are in place to be fully in control as errors could lead to delays, putting customer activities on hold, rework, PONC, high operational risks for people, the environment, and equipment.

Compliance and Governance

Responsible for ensuring that all HSE, BPMS, Quality procedures, and TechnipFMC policies are adhered to always.

Financial Performance

Responsible for the financial results of the project execution versus established budget.

Team Supervision

Supervises supervisors in maintaining and implementing schedules within established procedures and budgets, in liaison with the Project/Account Managers.

Performance Monitoring

Monitors established performance indicators, including variance reports, production reports, quality reports, and FNC reports.

Resource Allocation

Manage resource allocation and utilization for direct and indirect reports.

Client Relationships

Maintains existing and develops relationships with clients, agents, and suppliers.

Customer Focus

Visits clients as required to review operations. Promotes a customer service-focused approach to business.

Liaison and Collaboration

Promotes strong liaison with the technical subject-matter experts and LOF Eng. group.

Requirements

  • Education

Technical education, BSc Engineering, or similar.

Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in project management.

Skills

Resources management, well port, wells, experienced with industry standards and guidelines. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and respond appropriately.
