Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for the financial oversight of Neuberger Berman Saudi Investment Company.


Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the financial operations of Middle East region from a financial perspective.
  2. Implement effective governance and control processes.
  3. Review operational accounting entries made by centralized functions.
  4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
  5. Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  6. Manage cash and capital effectively.
  7. Lead the year-end audit process.
  8. Identify areas for improvement in current processes, procedures, and systems, and implement changes across the team.
