Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to align departmental goals with sector objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the sector.

Leadership and Liaison
  • Provide leadership support and guidance to department heads within the sector.

Performance Management

Essential Qualifications

- Saudi nationality.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years experience, with at least 4 years in leadership position within data analytics or technology service organization.
- Proven track record of strategic planning and financial management in complex, multi-departmental organization.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
