Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic E&S Management Office. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the reporting and monitoring process in the division and projects.

Your primary objective will be to ensure the E&S project requirements are tracked and delivered on schedule, with any potential issues raised both within the E&S function & the Project Director and escalated as necessary.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Create and own the reporting standards and processes which facilitate timely and accurate reporting at Projects, Programs and Portfolio level.
  • Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for management, including preparing reporting manuals, guidelines, and templates.
  • Manage the periodical progress report protocols/templates for progress reporting and monitor progress against them.
