Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant with a strong background in implementing and managing payroll solutions, particularly in the KSA region. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of payroll processes, compliance regulations, and localization requirements for KSA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll ECP with a focus on KSA localization.
- Compliance and Regulatory Expertise: Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws, tax regulations, and other legal requirements in the payroll process.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and develop payroll solutions tailored to business needs.
- Payroll Management and Support: Provide expertise in payroll management, including data migration, integration with other SAP modules, and payroll reporting.
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processes, system integration, and employee data.
- User Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operation of the payroll system.
- Regulatory Updates and Compliance: Stay updated with changes in KSA labor laws and tax regulations to maintain compliance in payroll processing.
- Global Team Collaboration: Work with global and local teams to manage and support SAP SuccessFactors payroll projects and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 9 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation and support.
- Mandatory experience with KSA localization in payroll processes.
- Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with configuration, integration, and troubleshooting in Employee Central Payroll.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other modules of SAP SuccessFactors such as Employee Central, Time Management.
- Previous experience working in KSA or with KSA-based clients.
- Strong understanding of global payroll processes and localization for other regions.
