Sales Growth and Expansion Opportunities in the Central Region

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Sales Professional to drive sales growth and expand our footprint within the Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) in the Central region. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, results-driven professional to make a real impact on healthcare by bringing innovative diagnostic solutions to hospitals and laboratories across the Central region.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand our market presence in key institutions
  2. Secure funding and drive business success
  3. Collaborate with Territory Managers and Clinical Solutions Team to increase sales funnel and drive revenue growth
  4. Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in MOH facilities
  5. Navigate complex deals and ensure customer success and profitability while adhering to MOH regulations and procurement processes
  6. Stay ahead of healthcare market trends and policy developments to drive innovation and adapt strategies accordingly
  7. Oversee shipments and deliveries to ensure Cepheid products reach MOH hospitals efficiently
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in medical sciences (Advanced degrees/certifications are a plus)
  2. Experience: 4+ years in IVD sales, key account management, or healthcare sales, with a strong track record of winning deals and driving menu expansion at MOH or large multi-site institutions
  3. Strategic Acumen: Deep knowledge of the Saudi healthcare system, including MOH processes, procurement, and regulations
  4. Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to translate customer needs into innovative, win-win solutions
  5. Stakeholder Management: Experience engaging with lab managers, clinicians, hospital administrators, and NUPCO officials
  6. High Learning Agility: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering results while navigating complex challenges
  7. Ethical & Collaborative: A team player with high integrity, operating seamlessly in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
  8. Language & Travel: Native Arabic proficiency and strong English skills; up to 70% travel within the Central Region, with occasional international travel
