Job Overview

This role will support and drive Ingram Micro's physical security solutions in the Saudi Arabia market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management and Oversight:
   
   • Supervise and coordinate daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels.
   • Oversee and conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
   • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock records, implementing corrective actions as needed.
2. Process Improvement:
   
   • Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
   • Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline inventory management and reduce errors.
   • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to integrate best practices in inventory handling.
3. Team Leadership and Training:
   
   • Lead, train, and mentor inventory staff to ensure adherence to policies and promote professional development.
   • Assign tasks and set clear performance expectations for the team.
   • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.

Talent Requirements

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or a related role within a warehouse or distribution center.
2. Proven experience in supervising or managing a team is highly desirable.
3. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
4. Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software.
5. Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
6. Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices.
7. Demonstrated leadership ability with skills to train, motivate, and supervise a team effectively.
8. Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and external partners.
9. Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
10. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks and ensuring inventory accuracy.
