The Senior Project Coordinator Lead is responsible for assisting and coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, providing specialized expertise in project management and engineering as applicable, collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, identifying risks and issues, and contributing to project meetings and discussions, ensuring project efficiency, adherence to project management best practices, and the timely delivery of projects.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating project activities and maintaining project documentation
  • Providing specialized expertise in project management and engineering
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Tracking project progress and identifying risks and issues

**Education and Experience:**

A minimum of 4 years' experience in project management functions is required. An MBA or master's degree in science is highly preferred. Certified PgPM, PfPM, PMP would be desirable.
