Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Conduct weekly diagnostics to verify operational status of hardware and software components, review system logs and alerts, and address issues proactively.
  • Firmware Upgrades and Hardware Replacement: Coordinate and perform on-site upgrades with minimal disruption, ensuring all replacements follow best practices.
  • Critical Configuration Backup and Inventory Management: Backup critical configurations and data, validate post-upgrade functionality, and document upgrade activities.
  • Customer Support and Knowledge Transfer: Provide on-site support for critical customer operations and urgent requests, including after-hours support.
  • Troubleshooting and In-Depth Diagnostics: Perform in-depth diagnostics and resolve technical issues, collaborating with OEM support teams for escalated issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • IT Systems Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems support, technical troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
  • Hardware/Software Knowledge: Strong understanding of hardware and software systems, particularly Dell products.
  • Upgrade and Asset Management: Proven ability to manage upgrades, asset inventory, and customer relations.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and urgent requests.
