Job Title: Government Sales Lead

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven professional to lead our government sales efforts in Jeddah and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to expand our government client base and drive sales growth.
  • Pursue new business opportunities within the public sector.
  • Negotiate contracts and prepare detailed proposals for government bids.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the government sector.
  • Maintain an efficient customer database system and generate comprehensive sales activity reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to government clients.
  • Stay updated on government procurement processes and regulatory changes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and government networking functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in government sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • In-depth understanding of government procurement processes and public sector sales cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian government structures and procurement procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with government contracting regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
