Job Title: Government Sales Lead
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven professional to lead our government sales efforts in Jeddah and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:- Develop strategic plans to expand our government client base and drive sales growth.
- Pursue new business opportunities within the public sector.
- Negotiate contracts and prepare detailed proposals for government bids.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the government sector.
- Maintain an efficient customer database system and generate comprehensive sales activity reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to government clients.
- Stay updated on government procurement processes and regulatory changes.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and government networking functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in government sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- In-depth understanding of government procurement processes and public sector sales cycles.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian government structures and procurement procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales reporting tools.
- Familiarity with government contracting regulations and compliance requirements.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
