Requirements:

  • Proven experience 5+ years as a software engineering manager or similar leadership role
  • In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms, checkout flows, and payment processing systems
  • Strong technical background in software development principles, best practices, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience in building and scaling highly performant and reliable systems
  • A passion for building user-centric products that prioritize security and compliance
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in building and managing cross-functional teams
