About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Banking Professional to lead our Business & Corporate Banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing close relationships with existing clients, assessing credit applications, and developing marketing strategies to enhance portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Risk Assessment
    • Evaluate the overall asset quality and credit risk of new credit applications and adherence to credit policies and procedures as well as statutory and regulatory guidance.
  • Marketing Strategy
    • Plan and strategize on marketing activities to enhance existing portfolios at business centers.
    • Tap on internal and external networks to support marketing strategies and attract good business prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Establish closer rapport with existing business banking clients to increase utilization of banking facilities and improve profitability.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Proactively monitor Pre-NPL / Watch list / High-Risk accounts to regularize account conduct through restructuring / rescheduling of banking facilities or exiting the relationship.
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Ensure timely submission of various periodic reports to Regional Office / Head Office.
