Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced GCP Lead / Architect with expertise in designing and developing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure and solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google BigQuery, Looker (reporting), and other GCP services. Exposure to AI/ML solutioning and experience in the banking domain will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
*Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient GCP-based architectures.
*Build and optimize cloud infrastructure for data storage, processing, and analytics.
*Develop and manage Google BigQuery for data warehousing and Looker for reporting and visualization.
*Collaborate with data science teams to integrate AI/ML models into cloud-based solutions.
*Ensure GCP solutions align with industry best practices, governance, and regulatory requirements (especially in banking).
*Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and drive cloud transformation initiatives.
*Monitor and optimize cloud environments for cost, performance, and scalability.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*8+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering, with a focus on GCP solutions.
*Strong expertise in Google Big Query, Looker, and GCP data services.
*Experience in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud infrastructure.
*Exposure to AI/ML solutioning and integrating ML models into cloud environments is a plus.
*Banking/financial services experience is highly desirable.
*Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
