About This RoleThis role requires a strong understanding of quality control and quality assurance procedures. You will also need to have experience in leading and managing quality teams, as well as knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities- Developing Quality Procedures: Develop quality assurance procedures to ensure projects meet company and client requirements.
- Conducting Audits and Implementing Actions: Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Training Project Teams: Train project teams in quality management procedures and best practices.
- Collaborating with Project Managers: Collaborate with project managers to develop project quality plans and monitor their implementation.
- Leading Quality Documentation: Lead the development of project-specific quality documentation, including quality plans, inspection procedures, and checklists.
- Managing Non-Conformance Issues: Manage the company's non-conformance process, including tracking and resolving issues.
- Ensuring Client Satisfaction: Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and quality expectations are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management in the civil engineering industry.
- Experience in Social Infrastructure programs is strongly preferred.
- Experience leading and managing quality teams.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of quality control and quality assurance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
