  1. Design Review and Approval
  • Collaborate with design architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to finalize design plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and approve design drawings and documents to ensure they meet applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure all designs are in compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, ADA requirements, and other applicable legislation.
  • Manage required permits, licenses, or approvals needed for the project to proceed.
Project Management
  • Lead preparation and coordination of construction documents, including plans, specifications, and technical reports.
