Job Title: Gastroenterology Consultant

Antal International Network - IME is seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterology Consultant to join our prestigious hospital in Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary

As a Gastroenterology Consultant, you will lead the gastroenterology team, providing specialized care for patients with digestive system disorders. You will drive research initiatives, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care, and ensure the implementation of advanced gastroenterology services and protocols.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality Gastroenterology care to patients.
  • Offer consultative services as requested.
  • Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.
  • Participate in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in your area of expertise.
  • Participate in research activities.
  • Participate in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
  • Perform special procedures as privileged.
  • Follow all hospital-related policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
  • Completion of required period of training in specialty and/or Subspecialty.
  • Saudi Arab or American /European Board Certification or equivalent.
  • Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required.
  • A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
  • Dataflow is a must.
Professional Experience
  • Min. 3-4 years Post Board/Fellowship in specialty.
  • A registered member of the Saudi Board Council.
Language
  • Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
