Saudi Aramco, a leading player in the energy sector, seeks an experienced engineer with expertise in Carbon Capture Utilization & Sequestration (CCUS) to join its Downstream Process Engineering Division.
As a CCUS specialist, you will play a critical role in planning, developing, and implementing CCUS projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to provide technical expertise and support in specific areas of refining.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute techno-economic studies to optimize CCUS project feasibility and viability.
- Collaborate with operations personnel to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions to address potential problems.
- Provide leadership in capital and operations program management, driving initiatives to enhance performance and optimize systems.
- Establish and maintain company standards and guidelines for CCS projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Design and develop conceptual plans for new projects, reviewing and approving engineering calculations and design packages from contractors.
- Deliver high-quality presentations and publish technical papers to share knowledge and expertise.
- Utilize process simulation software to evaluate the performance of new and existing facilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and develop in-house training programs to promote skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Foster a positive work environment and contribute to the success of Saudi Aramco's organizations through technical expertise and advisory services.
