The Pipecare Group is seeking a skilled Machine Operator - CNC Machinist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality machined parts.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC Machines: Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce machined parts, adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Plan Machining: Study work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, and materials to plan machining operations, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
- Interpret Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances (GD&T): Interpret and apply GD&T principles to ensure accurate machining and quality control.
- Maintain Equipment and Supplies: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Communicate with colleagues to ensure smooth production operations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or higher from a technical specialization.
- Certification: Certification from an accredited technical school.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in CNC machining, with a strong background in working with various materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, and castings.
