Job Title: Creative Director – Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

As a Creative Director – Graphic Designer at انسايتس, you will be responsible for leading the design team and creating visually compelling content that aligns with the company's vision and marketing strategy. The role requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and technical design skills to oversee the development of digital and print materials, ensuring consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Leadership:
  • Lead the graphic design team in producing innovative and high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms.
  • Establish design processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in project delivery.
  1. Brand Management:
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines to keep visual identity consistent across all channels.
  1. Creative Strategy:
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling design concepts that support campaigns and product launches.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for design projects.
  1. Project Management:
  • Oversee the design process from conception to delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Review and approve design outputs to ensure adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines and also perform final checks on all material before sharing further.
  1. Innovation & Trend Analysis:
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate innovative design approaches into projects.
  • Experiment with new tools and techniques to continuously improve design efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and how design supports marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative design projects (digital and print).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to mentor and develop a team, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
