The Role

We are seeking a Lead Bartender to oversee bar operations, prepare and serve drinks, manage inventory, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, proficiency in food and beverage service and knowledge, experience in cash handling and bartending, and the ability to work efficiently in a team and under pressure.

Main Tasks

1. Supervise bar staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
2. Maintain a clean and organized bar environment.
3. Manage inventory and handle cash transactions.
4. Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications

• Mid-senior level experience in a similar role.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
