Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead commercial and residential projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, construction planning, quality control, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, manage project planning, and ensure construction process control aligns with overall project goals.
• Oversee project execution, ensure timely completion, report on progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, including managing automated testing and regular inspections.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, providing leadership to ensure that project milestones are met. Liaise with senior leaders for project alignment.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify potential risks during project execution and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
• Report directly to the Development Manager and Department Director on project status, challenges, and progress.

Requirements:
• 8-10 years of experience in construction or execution management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in construction planning, quality control, and managing complex projects in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience in reporting progress and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Previous experience in managing distinguished projects within the Gulf region is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes.
• Ability to navigate complex challenges and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Associates degree in Civil Engineering (Masters or Ph.D. would be an advantage).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or MBA.
• Additional certifications such as RMP (Risk Management Professional) or similar certifications are highly preferable.
