Awtad is a leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia, committed to excellence in property development. We are seeking a Company Legal Advisor to join our team, providing expert legal guidance across various aspects of our operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, property management, and corporate governance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Identify and analyze legal risks, providing solutions to ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations.
  • Represent Awtad in legal negotiations and proceedings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation and trends impacting the real estate market.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
  • Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a legal advisor, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi property laws, real estate regulations, and corporate law.
