AUXAIRKSA requires a skilled Cash Transaction Manager to oversee the management of cash inflows and outflows, including submitting payment requests and reviewing reimbursements and invoices.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing cash transactions, including submitting payment requests and reviewing reimbursements and invoices.
  • Completing bank reconciliation and recording cash transactions in our system as per the bank statement.
  • Maintaining relationships with banks, including account opening and cancellation, bank deposit, and guarantee.
  • Archiving all financial documents as per our regulations.
  • Performing other duties as required by the line manager.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or above in a related major of Finance, with 1-2 years of working experience in banks or financial institutions preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and online banking systems is essential, along with proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
