We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team at Olayancareer. As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, programming, and overseeing the installation of automated systems within our facility.

• Coordinate with our Manager to plan, organize, direct, and manage all automation-related activities and functions.
• Design and develop automated systems to monitor and control production or delivery of products and services.
• Work with different models of robots, including ABB, Yasakawa, and Kawasaki, to ensure seamless integration and operation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all automation-related queries from our Licensee and Production/Operation Team.
• Conduct end-to-end cycle of first article qualifications for operations and licensee qualification.
• Set parameters for various size and shape products as requested by our operations team.
• Design programs, simulate, and test automated machinery, processing orders, and completing tasks within deadlines.
• Identify bugs and quality issues in development, business process, or service.
• Develop and implement improved automation process methodologies.
• Troubleshoot automation processes to achieve quality and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve the automation process and reduce cycle time of parts produced.
• Monitor and eliminate machine downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance on automation equipment.
• Find ways to eliminate defects and errors with software development/enhancements.
• Identify technical challenges and quality issues and develop improvement and development processes.
• Maintain replacement parts lists and ensure 24/7 production requirements.
• Achieve 95% production efficiency with continuous process development.
• Work towards a KPI of Zero Defect and quality rejections.
• Program and configure new parts combinations and automation according to customer designs.
• Assist in training all machine operators to improve process and quality performance.
• Attend production meetings and present production plans, activities, and highlight technical or quality concerns.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
