Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our CS Sales team in Colombia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of Amazon Web Services among our largest customers in the region.

Your primary focus will be on developing strategic relationships with C-level executives and driving engagement at the CXO level. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to develop and execute account coverage plans, ensuring consistent delivery on quarterly revenue targets.

You will also be responsible for creating compelling value propositions around AWS services and accelerating customer adoption by engaging with stakeholders across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute account coverage plans to drive revenue growth and market share in defined accounts or industry verticals.
  2. Engage with C-Level Executives: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives, driving engagement at the CXO level.
  3. Create Value Propositions: Develop compelling value propositions around AWS services, showcasing their potential to drive business success.
  4. Accelerate Customer Adoption: Engage with stakeholders across various industries to accelerate customer adoption of AWS services.
Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business.
  • Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
