At Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workshop Technician I to join our team. As a Workshop Technician I, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our production and repair of equipment and/or tools.

1. Maintenance and Repair: Maintain and redress tools as per procedure or as per supervisor requests, completing relevant paperwork.
2. Tubular Make-Ups: Perform make-ups of tubulars with torque machine.
3. Hydraulic Pressure Testing: Conduct hydraulic pressure tests to ensure integrity of made-up assemblies.
4. Equipment Preparation: Prepare equipment and take part in loading/unloading when sending/receiving equipment to/from the rig site.
5. Operational Safety: Operate overhead cranes and fork lifts, perform slinging as per regulation, and ensure the workshop is in a clean state at all times.
6. Quality and Compliance: Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies, as well as Weatherford's Quality Policy and requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.

1. Experience: Minimally 0-1+ years related experience with High School Diploma (or Secondary School Diploma, or equivalent) preferred.
2. Oilfield Operations: Experience in oilfield operations - workshop.
3. Technical Skills: Knowledge of windows-based systems.
