**Requirements:**
- College degree in hotel/restaurant management or business administration
- Minimum two years' experience in a related position within a luxury environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people skills
- Problem-solving, benchmarking, and innovation capacities
- Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, mocktails, and menu writing
- Computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
