About the Role
  • Drive sales growth by effectively communicating store targets to the team and implementing strategies to achieve financial objectives.
  • Maintain loss prevention standards, ensure compliance with cash handling procedures, and oversee all point of sales activities in the store.
  • Monitor inventory management, including stock availability, order management, and back-store management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit store administration, resolve issues, and assist with annual stock counts and spot checks.
  • Handle customer complaints, take corrective action, and respond to feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and evaluate brand sales performance, research market trends, and propose action plans to increase sales and profitability.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Industry expertise and product/category knowledge.
  • Excellent customer orientation and MS Office skills.
