About the Role:

This is a critical role in our organization, responsible for ensuring the successful handover of projects from construction to operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management Consultancy (PMC), with a focus on project handover and transition to operations within Abu Dhabi.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the handover plan, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, authorities, and Operation & Maintenance teams.
  • Manage and coordinate handover activities, including documentation, technical database, handover inspections, and asset snags.
  • Prepare reports, presentation slides, and escalate issues at senior level forums.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management in low rise residential projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
