Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team at TAWANTECH. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and delivering Jira-based projects to support our business operations.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Design and implement Jira configurations to meet business requirements
  • Manage and maintain Jira integrations with other tools and systems
  • Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to optimize their use of Jira
  • Develop and deliver training programs for team members on how to effectively use Jira and its features
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project dashboards and reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
  • 4-6 years proven experience as a Jira developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
  • Atlassian Certified (ACP100)
  • Proficiency in Jira administration, scripting (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript), and familiarity with REST APIs
