**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Operations Engineer to join our team. As a Data Center Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers, including maintaining electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the site primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication and relationships.
  2. Meet daily hours of operation and on-call requirements, responding promptly during rotations.
  3. Manage planned and unplanned site works for critical infrastructure, understanding risks, mitigation, and seeking approvals within relevant SLAs.
  4. Responsible for on-site management of contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors, ensuring work is performed in accordance with established practices and local legislation.
  5. Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analysis, and prepare reports on all aspects of data center facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
  6. Generate change management requests and incident management tickets for DCEO activities.
  7. Collaborate with DCO managers, IT, Networking, Logistics, Safety, Security, and other business leaders to coordinate projects, manage capacity, and optimize plant safety, performance, reliability, sustainability, and efficiency.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation relevant to technical support of business and facility operations.
  9. Promote and implement projects to increase current facility capacity, efficiency, sustainability, and reliability.
  10. Support operating partners in resolving infrastructure engineering issues.
