About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Develop and manage project programs in Primavera P6, ensuring they are aligned with project objectives and client expectations.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, including engineers and construction teams, to build and maintain project programs.
  • Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation to meet project objectives, covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Risk Management: Administer the risk and opportunities process, including Monte Carlo analysis and scenario planning.
  • Communication: Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to develop their works within the project program.
  • Change Management: Control and capture any variations or changes to the project program or scope.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate and consistent reports to stakeholders, ensuring all project deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of planning experience on multi-discipline projects, preferably in the power grid or substation sector.
  • Education: College or degree-level education (or equivalent).
  • Skills: Demonstrable knowledge of successful project delivery, computer literacy, and experience with Primavera P6.
