About the Role

Genius Consultants Limited is seeking a seasoned finance professional to fill the position of Head of Finance for a leading retail group in the Middle East.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the finance function, including FP&A, accounting, compliance, taxation, budgeting, audit, and treasury.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reporting.
  • Fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and high performance within the finance team.

Requirements include:
