Main Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and Procurement Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for assigned categories, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and risk mitigation.
  2. Supplier Development and Management: Establish and implement processes for identifying and qualifying suppliers that meet product specifications, quality, financial, technology, and risk requirements.
  3. Contract Management and Negotiation: Prepare robust contracts covering supply, cost, and quality risks, ensure timely execution, and deploy performance tracking scorecards aligned with KPIs.
  4. Strategic Sourcing and Category Management: Create competitive advantage through sourcing by continuously improving and re-evaluating purchasing activities, developing suppliers to acquire goods and services, and managing suppliers according to volume/risk.
