Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursery Supervisor to join our team at Brixio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our childcare team, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our young students.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Classroom Activities: Oversee the daily activities of children in our care, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Plan Educational Programs: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in children.
  • Foster Relationships: Develop strong relationships with parents, staff, and other stakeholders, keeping them informed of children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: A high school degree or higher is required; a degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.
