Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the implementation and execution of Inventory and Material operations for the region.

  • Develop and maintain an operating system to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency across all warehouses.

  • Lead and direct the Inventory and Material Planning Operations for the Medina Facility and local locations, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and manage a best-in-class materials management operation, driving business continuity and growth.
  2. Analyze and resolve inventory variances, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in purchase order receipts.
  3. Collaborate with accounting, procurement, quality, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
  4. Supervise inventory personnel, delegating tasks and promoting departmental objectives.
  5. Maintain accurate inventory counts and implement audited cycle count programs.
  6. Coordinate physical inventories and data entry of key transactions within the ERP system.
  7. Audit and validate inventory transactions, ensuring operational alignment between planning, production, and indirect operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 5-10 years' experience leading Inventory, Supply Chain, and Receiving Operations.
  • Proven track record of implementing cycle count programs in audited environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience with inventory, manufacturing, import/export, and warehouse operations.
  • Functional knowledge of bill of materials, shipping documentation, and strong ERP understanding.
