We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading integrated teams throughout each project phase, ensuring the project is managed safely, effectively, and efficiently.

About the Role:

  • Actively support and align work with client's strategic objectives and imperatives, and passionately promote the client's mission and vision.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Interface and engage in technical design process through design stages - covering design works, technical services, surveys, studies, site investigations, reports, and statutory approvals.
  • Support client's team at strategic project delivery level in creating project briefs and RFI documentation based on client's needs and required results.
  • Collaborate with design teams and lead design consultants to maximise quality and value while minimising risk profile for the project.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand expectations, ensuring health and safety initiatives meet and exceed these expectations.
  • Develop, implement, and manage health and safety strategies to ensure safe and healthy environment across the project.
  • Establish and implement policies, standards, and guidelines for modern methods of construction (MMC).
  • Contribute to establishment of project execution plan, health and safety plan, QA/QC, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with supply chain management and procurement teams to negotiate contracts with suppliers' subcontractors and vendors.

About You:

  • A relevant degree qualification.
  • Chartership or pursuing similar level of professional qualifications.
  • Necessary visa criteria for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Extensive MEP construction experience.
  • Working experience in MEA region.
  • Influential skills - experience in leading or senior roles on major construction projects.
