We are seeking a talented Legal Insurance Specialist to join our team and support the legal analysis activities within our division.
Job Description- Our Legal Insurance Specialist will be responsible for assisting in studying claims of insurance disputes and violations and contributing to the preparation of legal memos and addendums.
- They will support in recommending the appointment of consultants, such as loss assessors and chartered accountants, based on case requirements and committee decisions.
- They will contribute to the preparation of specialized legal studies in the field of insurance, litigation procedures, and other relevant areas as needed.
- They will collaborate with the Financial and Technical Analysis Unit to obtain financial or technical opinions when required.
- They will conduct research and refer to relevant regulations and judicial precedents to support legal analysis.
- They will assist in drafting decisions issued by committees falling within the division's jurisdiction, following legal drafting methods.
- They will update and maintain accurate case information in the automated system, following division procedures and delegated authority.
- They will assist in preparing letters related to the work of the division and respond to inquiries received, as directed by the Section Head.
- They will perform any other related job duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in law or any other related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in legal, insurance management, dispute management or any related field.
- Previous experience in government sector or regulatory bodies is preferred.
