About the Job

This position is responsible for ensuring that quality control procedures are implemented in each line, making quality control documentation efficiently and on time, and meeting quality standards as per defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct testing and inspection of products or raw materials as per approved procedures/checklists/inspection formats.
  • Interpret test/inspection results, prepare final test reports, and post-decision SAP entries.
  • Attend factory acceptance tests with customers.
  • Identify rejected products with red stickers.
  • Prepare daily inspection reports of products and share them with respective operation and planning teams.
  • Assign tasks to test technicians and assist them in achieving their daily goals.
  • Review product name plates with respect to drawings.
  • Verify product serial numbers, sales orders, and item codes against lot postings in SAP.
  • For prototype jobs, share test and inspection results with R&D teams for feedback and opportunities for improvement.
  • Issue non-conformity reports and follow up on their closure.
  • Update test logbooks daily.
  • Prepare monthly inspection reports.
