We are looking for an experienced RPA Training Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will provide academic and practical instruction in a classroom environment, using your expertise to develop and deliver multimedia and computer-assisted courseware packages.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Middle Eastern region and be able to obtain an employment visa for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They will also possess excellent pedagogical skills and knowledge of academic instructional techniques.
In this role, you will work as part of a team to provide RPA system training in areas of expertise using various instructional training aids in the classroom environment. This includes the use of multimedia presentations, system components, and simulators.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Deliver high-quality instructional content to customers at Al Majma'ah, Saudi Arabia.
- Maintain and update courseware packages to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Meet the requirements listed below.
- Former military instructor pilot (USAF specialty code "K", UK QFI/QWI or direct NATO equivalent).
- 1500 hours of total pilot flying time, of which 500 hours should be on a representative MALE RPA type.
- 3 years of initial RPA instruction in a formal teaching environment.
- Native English speaker or ICAO Level 5 (Extended) Aviation English.
- Excellent pedagogical skills and knowledge of academic instructional techniques.
