Cost Accountant

Job Summary: Today's Harvest is seeking a highly skilled Cost Accountant to join our team in performing product costing, standard cost updates, and analysis on cost variance. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing costing reports efficiently, in a timely manner, and meeting quality standards as per defined policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Cost Control: Analyze cost elements (Material, Manpower, depreciation, and other manufacturing expenses) from factory level down to product level, with alternative plans to ensure reaching the best product cost.
• Tender Cost Support: Coordinate with the tender department to ensure considering all cost items in the prices.
• Capacity Building: Develop a capacity module to measure the capacity based on the produced items and suggest the proper mix forecast.
• Capacity Utilization and Forecasting: Measure the capacity utilization and build the capacity forecast for the future period.
• Profitability Reporting: Provide profitability reporting at factory level, customer, product, sales order, channel, and material group levels.
• Cash Management Reporting: Provide cash management reporting at factory level, customer, and channel levels.
• Budgeting and Forecasting Support: Provide budgeting and forecasting support for manufacturing operations and budget preparation (Expense, product cost, capital expenditure).
• Expenditure Budget Monitoring: Monitor the expenditure budget.
• Material Cost Analysis: Analyze and report material costs and usage, including variances, and analyze production variances and provide reporting and explanations.
• Financial Analysis and Support: Partner with the operations team to provide financial analysis and support to improve performance and productivity.
