About the Role

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the MEP contracting sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to our success in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing major MEP contracts with Tier 1 clients and possess a deep understanding of the Saudi construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the MEP contracting sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and networks.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, consultants, and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in business development within the construction or MEP industry in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven track record in securing major MEP contracts with Tier 1 clients.
  • Strong network within the Saudi construction ecosystem (developers, consultants, government).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
