Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and complete bid and performance bond applications for MMC MENA entities
  • Maintain a comprehensive bond tracker for business, finance, and controllers
  • Collaborate closely with the Dubai team on bond status and applications
  • Serve as the primary liaison between MMC Treasury and Business on bond application processes
  • Take a proactive approach to resolving actual and anticipated liquidity shortfalls
  • Drive improvements in banking relationships to support MENA bond processes
  • Support robust controls related to bond matters across the Group
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Treasury Management, LCPA, FP&A, Group Finance Control, and other departments
  • Act as an agent for change, efficiency, and improvement in bond processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role in a centralized corporate or banking treasury function
  • Experience working with colleagues across MENA
  • Strong knowledge of KYC and AML protocols to follow with bonds
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively for self and team
  • Experience in a regulated environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across finance and with the business
  • Excellent data skills using Power BI and Excel
  • Experience with Oracle, PeopleSoft, and ERP systems
  • Previous exposure to banking platforms such as HSBC and Citibank
