About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Investment Director to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of asset management strategies across our hospitality portfolio. Your expertise will ensure that our hotels operate efficiently, effectively, and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement asset management frameworks and strategies for hospitality assets.
- Collaborate with hotel teams and third-party technical services consultants to execute and monitor capital plans.
- Analyze operating performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor and report on return on investment and profit-enhancing projects.
- Identify value enhancement opportunities within the portfolio.
About You
To excel in this role, you will need 10+ years of experience in leadership positions, preferably in real estate asset management focused on hospitality assets. A degree in Real Estate, Business, or Hospitality Management is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and a proven track record of success in driving business growth and improvement.
