Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive mobilization strategies to ensure efficient contract execution.
  2. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, HR, procurement, and IT, to align resources and timelines effectively.
  3. Conduct thorough site assessments to identify and address initial operational requirements, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  4. Deploy qualified personnel, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for project mobilization, streamlining the transition phase.
  5. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff for new contracts, guaranteeing they have the necessary skills and expertise.
  6. Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and assets, avoiding delays or disruptions.
