Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing Project Controls Strategies: Establish and implement project controls strategies, processes, and procedures that ensure effective planning, monitoring, and controlling of project activities.
  2. Establishing Project Baselines: Develop and establish project baselines, including scope, schedule, and budget, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  3. Monitoring Project Progress: Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any deviations and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  4. Risk Management: Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary to ensure project success.
  5. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in project controls management or a relevant role.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and controls techniques.
  • Proficiency in project controls software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
